Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Motocare account at any time. This page explains what that means and how to do it.

What Account Deletion Means

Deleting your Motocare account will remove your account record from our system. This includes any account-related information associated with your Sign in with Apple identifier.

Because Motocare uses iCloud and CloudKit to store your vehicle, fuel, and maintenance data, that data is stored in your personal iCloud account — not on our servers. Deleting your Motocare account does not automatically delete data stored in iCloud. To remove that data, you can delete it from within the app before requesting account deletion, or manage it through your iCloud account settings.

What Data May Be Deleted

Upon account deletion request, the following may be removed:

  • Your Motocare account identifier and profile data.
  • Any account settings or preferences stored by the app.
  • Data stored locally on your device will be removed when you delete the app.

What May Be Retained

We may retain certain data if required by law, for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution, or to prevent fraud and abuse. Anonymised analytics data may be retained in aggregated form and cannot be linked back to your identity.

Subscriptions and Billing

Deleting your Motocare account does not automatically cancel any active App Store subscription. Subscription management is handled separately by Apple.

Before deleting your account, please cancel your subscription through Apple if you no longer wish to be billed. To do this:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Motocare and tap Cancel Subscription.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account in one of the following ways:

Option 1: From within the app

  1. Open the Motocare app.
  2. Go to Settings or Account.
  3. Select "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Option 2: Contact us by email

Send an email to hello@mohsulthana.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the Apple ID email associated with your account so we can identify your record. We will process the request within 7 business days and confirm by email.
